| Electronic Wellbeing Survey | Perhaps you're not sure where to start with workplace wellbeing or you would like to measure how well you are doing.....? Electronic administration of our workplace wellbeing survey to your full workforce and production of an analysis and recommendation report will give you a good idea. Using evidence based tools and measures of happiness alongside key focus questions, we will provide you with the right information to inform your wellbeing strategy. | Staff Wellbeing Engagement Sessions | If you are looking for a more in depth review of your staff wellbeing, or would like to focus on key issues raised from your wellbeing survey, our experienced team will facilitate group engagement sessions with your employees to independently explore what is working well and what can be improved to support workplace wellbeing. Sessions can be delivered in a variety of ways to meet your needs and we would be happy to discuss what would work best for your organisation. | Bespoke dependent on requirements. How can I manage poor mental health at work?
One in six workers in the UK right now is experiencing stress, anxiety or depression and the cost of unmanaged stress and mental health conditions in the UK workplaces is increasing each year; therefore, confidence managing mental health is an essential leadership competency. Our Leadership Development sessions will help you achieve this.

| Managing Mental Health in the Workplace | Aimed at managers and supervisors, this half day training session provides a greater understanding of common mental health conditions in the workplace and what signs to look for in staff. This may be a starting point to encourage senior level buy-in or to ensure your organisation is offering a consistent approach to supporting mental health at work. Together we will be examining misconceptions and considering best practice; including asset mapping your current offer and possibly improving on it. How I can I equip my staff to look after themselves?
Everyone has a role to play in improving workplace wellbeing. Our Workforce Development sessions will empower your workforce with the awareness and skills to support their own and their colleagues’ wellbeing.

| Self-awareness of Stress, Anxiety and Depression Seminar | This hour-long seminar will raise awareness and understanding of stress, anxiety and depression; and challenge stigma and misconceptions around these experiences. This seminar is often a starting point for workplaces to encourage individuals to talk about thoughts and feelings and to looking after their mental health in the long term. | £200 |
| Introduction To Resilience Seminar | An hour-long seminar to raise awareness of resilience building and provide two practical tools which delegates can embed into their work or personal life to improve their emotional wellbeing. This session will give delegates an insight of how resilience is built over time and is a great foundation seminar to encourage individuals to embed self-care and develop strategies to support long term positive mental wellbeing. | £200 |
| Christmas Survival Guide | It comes around just once a year, but if you're looking for something festive, our one-hour seminar takes a light-hearted look at how to support our emotional wellbeing through this busy period. Exploring the challenges this period can bring including 'managing relationships' to 'spending Christmas alone', we encourage participants to share positive experiences and we provide hints and tips to help your staff get through it. | £200 |
| The Stress Buster....! | This hour-long activity based workshop is a 'fun' way of highlighting the stresses experienced in the workplace and identifying the thoughts and feelings associated with these experiences. Participants will then explore simple personal tools to manage that present moment stress. Please note this does not include tools to improve long term positive mental wellbeing. However, if you are looking for something a little bit 'fun' to address a sometimes challenging topic, this workshop may fit the culture of your workplace.... | £200 |

How can I create a culture that supports wellbeing?
A culture of workplace wellbeing is about much more than one of training sessions; it is about creating and maintaining a culture of wellbeing. Our Embedding Wellbeing services will support you to create and truly embed a culture of workplace wellbeing in your organisation.

| Wellbeing Coach Support | Our Wellbeing Coach offer provides individual support to help employees overcome barriers to managing their mental health and wellbeing. Over 6 x 1hour sessions, our coach will work with the individual to develop self-care skills and coping strategies. For those organisations wishing to provide this service regularly on site for all employees to access, we can provide this on a half day or full day basis subject to contract. Contact us for more information. | Individual referrals: £280 for 6 1hr sessions (includes free assessment). £50 for single sessions. | Adult Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) | Across the UK it is becoming good practice to train individuals up to become Mental Health First Aiders to support the wellbeing of colleagues and individuals across a workplace or community. Delivered by trainers who have experience of working within mental health, this course qualifies individuals as Mental Health First Aiders, giving them: An in-depth understanding of mental health and the factors that can affect wellbeing. Practical skills to spot the triggers and signs of a range of mental health issues. Confidence to step in, reassure and support a person in distress using the Mental Health First Aid action plan. Enhanced interpersonal skills such as non-judgemental listening. Knowledge to help someone recover their health by guiding them to further support - whether through self-help resources, internal support or external sources. | Suicide First Aid - Lite | Teaching the theory and practice of suicide intervention skills that can be applied in any professional or personal setting, this programme is delivered over 3.5 hours as a suicide prevention awareness session for anyone who seeks greater understanding and confidence to intervene with people at risk of suicide. The Suicide First Aid Lite course gives learners the knowledge and tools to understand that suicide is one of the most preventable deaths and some basic skills can help someone with thoughts of suicide stay safe from their thoughts and stay alive. | Please contact admin@lancashiremind.org.uk for more information. |

| Peer Support or Mental Health First Aider (MHFA's) Supervision | Listening to other people's problems and signposting can be difficult for anybody, but especially if that's not your main role.... Have I done the right thing? Should I have followed that up? What about me? Our non-clinical supervisions provide an opportunity for MHFA's or peer supporters to come together as a group, share experiences and get some advice and tips from our experienced wellbeing coaches. We can use our standard framework or we can tailor the support as required, ensuring your team maintain their own resilience and have a positive impact on your workforce. Whether you opt for a one off 3hr session to get them back on track or for regular 1.5hr sessions throughout the year, we will provide your team with support they need. | Single 3hr session: £600 Regular 1.5hr sessions: £300 (reductions available for block bookings). |
